About the editorToday's News is published by Matt Pfeffer — that's me. I am also the site's designer, writer and editor. I have no impressive credentials to offer, beyond a modest journalism background; this site is itself my most ambitious endeavor to date. I hope it speaks well for itself. Why I'm doing thisI think Today's News is a good idea, and that that's some justification in and of itself. But it is also a lot of work, and I am also doing this in the hopes that it might one day help me earn a living, either directly or indirectly. Which is to say — here comes the shameless
self-promotion — I'm looking for
writing and editing work. I've got six years' experience,
